The London Safeguarding Children Partnership has published updated Safeguarding Children Procedures and Practice Guidance. These updates reflect legislative changes, learning from local and national reviews, and evolving best practice to support effective safeguarding arrangements across London.

All practitioners and partner agencies working with children and families in Croydon are expected to familiarise themselves with the revised guidance and ensure it is embedded within their day to day practice. The updated procedures provide strengthened clarity around thresholds, roles and responsibilities, and expectations for multi agency working.
