TPS is a newly commissioned model of support provided by Positive Support Group (PSG) aimed at improving outcomes for Croydon’s Children Looked After (CLA). The initiative focuses on enhancing the skill set, resilience, and confidence of CLA and their foster carers or providers.

Objectives of TPS

• Enhance the skill set of Children Looked After (CLA)

• Build resilience and confidence among CLA and foster carers/providers

• Facilitate sustainable homes for CLA

• Reduce breakdowns in placements

• Address escalating needs and associated costs

Expected Outcomes

By implementing the TPS model, Positive Support Group aims to achieve a more stable and supportive environment for Children Looked After, ultimately leading to better long-term outcomes for these children and their families.
