Certificate Verification Now Available for LMS Training
We are pleased to introduce a new enhancement to our Learning Management System. Certificates issued through our safeguarding training can now be formally verified.
This development has been designed to strengthen confidence in the quality and integrity of our training provision. It enables organisations, managers and partner agencies to confirm that a certificate is authentic and reflects a valid training record.
Why this matters
Ensuring that staff and volunteers have completed appropriate safeguarding training is a critical part of maintaining high standards of practice. The new verification feature provides:
Greater assurance that certificates are genuine
Increased confidence during audits and compliance checks
A consistent approach to validating training across the partnership
Improved transparency and accountability
How it works
Each certificate now includes a unique reference. This can be entered into the verification system to confirm whether the certificate is valid.

Step by step guidance is available to support users through the process.
Who should use this feature
Line managers checking staff training records
Organisations undertaking compliance reviews
Partner agencies requiring confirmation of safeguarding training
We encourage all partners to incorporate certificate verification into their standard processes.
